Women's Ministry In a hectic world there's a lot to deal with, a lot to do, a lot to consider. At GCC, our Women's Ministry is designed to help you meet the many demands that today's woman has placed upon her. Connect with women who are sincere about filling their lives with fellowship, meaning, and Christ's love. Get involved and see for yourself how the women of GCC are learning to lean on God's Word to balance their lives. The purpose of Women's Ministry is to experience the reality and joy of a mature relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ. By equipping women through exposure to the Word of God and providing opportunities to develop relationships with sisters in Christ, our women can succeed in modeling their lives on the women of Titus 2 and Proverbs 31.
Bible Studies Our deepest desire is to intimately know Christ and abandon ourselves to His purpose for our life. We learn more about Christ and His plan for us through connecting with other believers and seeking Him together. At GCC, we have Bible studies that meet the specific needs of women. Special Events Women's Ministry provides outreach events to join women together in one setting. This allows opportunities to be equipped for service, to invite unchurched friends and family and enjoy one another. Special events include: Breakfast / Lunch Out, Guest Speakers, Movie Night, Spring Luncheon, Christmas Tea, Seminars, Conferences and other learning opportunities. Secret Sisters Secret Sisters is a program where ladies are matched up with another for the purpose of prayer and encouragement. Secret Sisters are asked to pray daily for their sister and send notes and cards of encouragement. This program is a one year commitment. Retreat GCC Women's Retreat is an annual event. It is a weekend for you to be renewed, encouraged and challenged to grow in your relationship with Jesus. Watch for details on the next Women's Retreat in 2012!
